2025 treated us well. It was our best year financially and our most profitable to date. This success came from hard work, smart decisions, and the trust our clients and partners continue to place in us. We don’t take that trust lightly.
As a company, we focused on building something sustainable, something that supports our clients, our team, and our long-term goals.
Strengthening Our Financial Direction
One of the most important steps we took in 2025 was investing in our financial foundation. We brought on a dedicated financial team to help guide decisions around investments, growth, and reinvesting back into our people.
We also hired our CFO, whose leadership has helped bring structure and clarity to our financial planning. This step has positioned us well as we continue to grow.
Growing Our Team and Promoting From Within
Our team is the heart of our company, and 2025 was a year of growth and recognition.
Celebrating Norris’ Promotion
We were proud to promote Norris to senior estimator. When Norris first joined our team two years ago, he had no experience in low-voltage systems. Through dedication and hard work, he has grown into a strong leader within our organization. We are extremely proud of his progress and excited to see what’s next for him.
Recognizing Victor’s Growth
We also promoted Victor to project manager. Victor started with us as a technician and has grown into a leader who understands both the field and project execution. His growth reflects our commitment to developing talent from within.
Adding a Project Coordinator
To support our continued growth, we hired a project coordinator to help manage projects across operations, sales, and finance. This role keeps everyone aligned and ensures projects continue moving smoothly. We believe this position will help take our company to the next level.
What We Do and How We Support Our Clients
Throughout 2025, our focus remained consistent on providing low-voltage and technology solutions that help businesses operate safely, efficiently, and with confidence. Our services include security systems, structured cabling, access control, surveillance, and technology infrastructure designed to support growing organizations.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we work closely with our clients to understand their environments, challenges, and long-term goals. This allows us to deliver solutions that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with their operations both today and as they continue to grow.
Expanding Into Arizona
Another exciting milestone in 2025 was receiving our Arizona Contractor’s License. This allows us to begin expanding our services into Arizona. We are currently reviewing strong candidates to support this expansion and look forward to building new relationships in this market.
Strengthening Relationships With Clients and Partners
Beyond internal growth, 2025 was also a year of strengthening relationships. We worked closely with our clients and partners to better understand their needs, improve communication, and deliver projects more efficiently. These relationships are the foundation of our success, and we are grateful for the collaboration and trust that allowed us to grow together.
Every project, conversation, and challenge helped us learn how to serve better and operate smarter as a company.
